We may be biased, but Yorkshire is full of so much talent and business – and we’re so glad we get to promote a number of them through our market. There is so much choice which means there’s no excuse not to shop small this Christmas.

Ginger Tree

If you know someone who needs a bit of relaxation, Ginger Tree has the perfect gift. Kathy Scott is a Yorkshire-based holistic therapist who provides a tranquil experience with her relaxing and bespoke facials. Ginger tree is on the stunning, yet tranquil Aske Stables estate, just on the edge of Richmond – perfect to help clear the mind. She is offering vouchers for her salon at the Dales Christmas Market, this can be a great gift if you have someone who is difficult to buy for!

Richmond Brewing Company

For anyone who likes an alcoholic treat, this is one for you. Richmond Brewing Company, situated by the River Swale, have over 13 years of brewing experience so they know how to make the perfect pint! They keep everything as local as possible such as using Yorkshire malt and having a Yorkshire artist designing their bottles. They have lots of gift sets suitable for anyone of legal age, and if you are not a beer fan they sell local Yorkshire Gins and Liquors – well worth a visit.

Humble Pie Cookery Kitchen

Who can resist baked treats? Elizabeth Fawcett runs the Cookery Kitchen in Hawes. She will be selling a variety of Christmas treats made in her Yorkshire Kitchen. We are also in for a huge treat, she is doing a demo on our live weekend for Stir-up Sunday.

We also have an array of brilliant vendors who aren’t Yorkshire based including Glass Forge, Olive Tree and Sandra Liscio.

As you can see we have lots of choice, so come back on Thursday and get shopping.
